Our founder discovered the magic of traditional Mediterranean dairy creation of creamy, indulgent delicacy that had been perfected over centuries. Inspired by these time-honored recipes and techniques, they saw an opportunity to reimagine this beloved treat for Sri Lankan palates. Rather than simply importing a foreign concept, we asked ourselves: How can we blend these ancient culinary traditions with the richness of Sri Lankan flavors and ingredients? This question became our mission.
